Our Team of Practitioners Includes:

Skilled Nurses who provide wound care, Intravenous (IV) therapy, injections and monitoring of vital signs and medical equipment. 

Physical Therapists who provide Physician-prescribed treatment aimed at development and restoration of muscle-skeletal and joint function.

Occupational Therapists who help clients regain self-care skills and the activities of daily living.

Speech Therapists who provide corrective therapy to develop or re-establish communication skills.

Social Services multilingual professional staff assists the clients and their families, caregivers with the traumatic impact of the illness. Linkage with agencies or individuals that offer and provide financial resources and community support groups is also available. These professionals are especially sensitive to the unique multicultural needs of our diverse community.
